Assignment of Firm Receipt Points to Pools

Shippers with firm transportation service on Southern Natural Gas have the option to temporarily assign firm receipt points to Supply Pool(s). To assign, complete the SNG Assignment of Firm Receipt Points Form including the Exhibit A. Both the Shipper and the Supply Pooler must execute this form.

Credit Application

An important part of our requirement to sign your company as a customer is the establishment of credit. Please send this completed credit application, your company's most recent annual audit report (or Form 10-K) and the most recent interim financial statement to:

Election to Process

To elect for gas receipts to be processed at the Enterprise Processing Plant in Louisiana, please complete the Election to Process Form.

On the Exhibit A, please provide each point to be processed, the processing plant code, and the election time period. This election will be added to the Shipper’s Liquefiable Transportation Agreement (LTA). If you need to set up an LTA, please complete the SNG Transportation Request Form. New Facilities Request Form

Companies may request new facilities, receipt, delivery, or interconnect to be constructed on Southern's system. Upon completion and submission of the New Facilities Request Form, Southern will evaluate feasibility of the request from both an operational and economic standpoint. • Set up master interruptible transportation (MIT)
• Set up liquefiable transportation  (LTA)

* The master firm transportation agreement will also allow Shipper to acquire firm capacity from other Shippers.

SoNet Premier Access Request Form (Exhibit A)

Shippers and Poolers on Southern Natural Gas must provide contact information, Duns number and other information requested on the SNG & Customer Contact Information Form. Please note that we require information on three OFO contacts for each company. It is the responsibility of the Shippers and Poolers to update this information, especially on OFO Contacts , as needed. Please fax this form to the attention of Leslie Hancock at (205) 326-2038.

If your representatives require access to SoNet Premier, please complete the SoNet Premier Form of Agreement. A completed SoNet Premier Access Request Form (Exhibit A) is required for each representative requesting access to SoNet Premier.
