delivery point and a Zone 1 receipt point.
- All surcharges applied when the gas is transported out of storage.
- Fuel is retained on transportation to storage at 1.12% (Zone 0 fuel) and on transportation
from storage based on the zone of delivery fuel rate minus 1.12% but not less than
0%.
- Small Shipper volumetric charge paid on each Dth delivered to city-gate, in lieu
of reservation charge and transportation charge. All surcharges and fuel also apply.
